I've posted about this before. But today the 'collection charity industry' has found a new scam.
About five minutes ago, a plastic bag dropped behind the rambler's front door. It was provided by a local company DHJ Textile Ltd. The are asking for it to be filled with
' clothes shoes and textiles that don't fit you anymore. Granting brighter futures for disabled children'.
Below we see the scam.
'Robin Hood is a charity programme launched by DHJ Textiles Ltd.'
I'd bet the farm that the 'Robin Hood' charity programme has never been in contact with the Charity Commissioners.
You can give your ill/non fitting stuff to anyone you please, but there are registered charities that would be above 'Robin Hood' in my list
