Delia Smith is no superchef, but if you follow her recipes slavishly they always turn out well. One of our favourites from the sainted Delia is chicken Basque. We enjoyed it last night for supper.

Red peppers, garlic and onions browning
other ingredients. Chorizo, long grain rice, kalamata olives (pitted if you must)
marjoram, orange segments, hot smoked pimenton, chicken, salt and pepper,
dry white wine, chicken stock.
all together...!
It looks good but I'm surprised that the recipe calls for long-grain rice. Spanish rice is round-grain (think of paella) and can be used instead of Italian Arborio in risottos.
